After the first half FC Rustico were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Angelo Oxarra made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to HUDSON CITY BERA getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Apolo Jenaro hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Romeo Batista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Jenaro in the 58th minute of play forced FC Rustico's goalkeeper Jesus Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in HUDSON CITY BERA's zone, Angelo Oxarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Rojelio came out of the goal and Angelo Oxarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Ismael Mincho put in a rough tackle. In the 63rd minute, one of HUDSON CITY BERA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for HUDSON CITY BERA. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, FC Rustico's Erubiel Enaut got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cristo Rojelio. Cristo Rojelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Lizar's late challenge caught a FC Rustico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Lizar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to HUDSON CITY BERA getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Fulgencio Lizar hit a great ball. HUDSON CITY BERA's Joel Frichoso quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Raul Cedro, made in the 99th minute of the game. Cristo Rojelio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 101st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cesar Oxel. FC Rustico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
