In the 6thth minute of the game Vicente Ishmael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Independiente's Teodosio Panpili was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th match minute, Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Venerando to maneuver through the defense. Luifa F.c.'s Florentino Salomon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Independiente. Albino Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Primo having to interfere. Severino Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolando Primo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severino Lawrence's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Vicente Ishmael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Teodosio Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 70th minute, Victorio Venerando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Luifa F.c.'s goalkeeper Rolando Primo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albino Torres. Vicente Ishmael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodosio Panpili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute Vicente Ishmael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodosio Panpili didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacio Leoncio went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Luifa F.c.'s Ignacio Leoncio got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vicente Ishmael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luifa F.c. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Independiente for a fine match.
