Angelo Cordarrol kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Ignacio Hermelando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Cambranes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yanda Pirata y Celeste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Berasko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yanda Pirata y Celeste's Luisito Macario shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jonathan Cambranes but with some difficulty. When Ignacio Hermelando fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yanda Pirata y Celeste's protests and gave Ignacio Hermelando a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Berutti booed when Yanda Pirata y Celeste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Hermelando didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Berutti's goalkeeper Jonathan Cambranes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnaldo Urtats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Cambranes having to interfere. Jorge Madaleno came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Berutti's Arnulfo Gaitano. But to his dismay, Arnulfo Gaitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Camilo Berasko made the kick off in the second half. Camilo Berasko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Urtats in the 83rd minute of play forced Berutti's goalkeeper Jonathan Cambranes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Cambranes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Lucila in the 84th minute of the match. Clodoveo Lucila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jonathan Cambranes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clodoveo Lucila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Cambranes having to interfere. Jonathan Cambranes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Urtats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yanda Pirata y Celeste walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
