Club Atlético Talar's Delmar Urko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Gaitano in the 19th minute of play. If Vladimiro Sagrario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 31 minutes, Arnulfo Gaitano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berutti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnulfo Gaitano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Cambranes was a little too slow when Carmelo Silvino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 1-0. Jonathan Cambranes came out of the goal and Leonardo Hitzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauro Noe hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Sagrario in the 47th minute of play forced Berutti's goalkeeper Jonathan Cambranes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Arnulfo Gaitano made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Arnulfo Gaitano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Berutti and the Club Atlético Talar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arnulfo Gaitano kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Vladimiro Sagrario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Cambranes having to interfere. Rolando Hechter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Club Atlético Talar were the better team. Club Atlético Talar's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
