Mariano Bonifaco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ismael Tajo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apolo Ramirezs short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Ismael Tajo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Seguí AFC booed when Fortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Solustiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fortín's zone, Justo Normando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Tajo came out of the goal and Justo Normando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Fortín getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Celso Constancio hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariano Bonifaco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ismael Tajo. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Mariano Bonifaco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ismael Tajo came out and tried to block the shot, but Mariano Bonifaco slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 35th minute. Julian Etxekopar struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Horacio Jon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fortín. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Ismael Tajo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

53 minutes into the match, Seguí AFC's Apolo Ramirez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ismael Tajo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ismael Tajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Ramirez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mariano Bonifaco got free in front of the goal in the 56th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ismael Tajo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Apolo Ramirez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ismael Tajo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mariano Bonifaco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Tajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Julian Etxekopar might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horacio Jon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Etxekopar ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 70 minutes, Julian Etxekopar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Etxekopar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mariano Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Apolo Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Bonifaco in the 83rd minute of play forced Fortín's goalkeeper Ismael Tajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Seguí AFC booed when Fortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Cutberto didn't get a good kick on the ball.
