The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luisito Refugio struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Israel Sancho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mundus Engine. After a defensive mix-up in NATALIA NATALIA's zone, Cristian Cucao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Israel Sancho came out of the goal and Cristian Cucao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute Luisito Refugio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Sancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Sancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Cucao in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Ted in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulises Gaitan saved Mundus Engine from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Orlondon in the 33rd minute of play forced Mundus Engine's goalkeeper Ulises Gaitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When NATALIA NATALIA's Ivan Ted in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mundus Engine's goalie prevented a goal. Cristian Cucao might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Israel Sancho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Cucao ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 38 minutes, Luisito Refugio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mundus Engine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Refugio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Orlondon got free with Ulises Gaitan in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of NATALIA NATALIA booed when Mundus Engine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Ciceron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Gaitan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Salvino in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mundus Engine's zone, Ivan Ted stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulises Gaitan came out of the goal and Ivan Ted tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Ted was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Nicanor Orlondon managed to get in a good position for a shot. NATALIA NATALIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Orlondon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Gaitan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd match minute, Mundus Engine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Chano to maneuver through the defense. Nicanor Orlondon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ulises Gaitan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulises Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Orlondon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulises Gaitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Orlondon in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Cristian Cucao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luisito Refugio hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Mundus Engine's Cristian Cucao got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the NATALIA NATALIA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
