Eliseo Umea was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bartolo Bessone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Eutropio in the 11th minute of play. Miroslav Bessone hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the game, Eliseo Umea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fulgencio Teofilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Hartodeesto FC's Miroslav Bessone got a free kick in the 24th minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Eliseo Umea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hartodeesto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Umea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fulgencio Teofilio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cipriano Raphael's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Cipriano Raphael struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Fulgencio Teofilio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hartodeesto FC. Eliseo Umea might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fulgencio Teofilio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Umea ran back to his position shaking his head. Cipriano Raphael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes, Viedma AFC's Carolo Quintan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bartolo Bessone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Viedma AFC reached it. Eliseo Umea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fulgencio Teofilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paolo Eutropio to make the kick off. Cipriano Raphael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Fulgencio Teofilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Augusto Rosio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 played minutes, Hartodeesto FC's Moises Fero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fulgencio Teofilio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hartodeesto FC reached it. The audience was convinced that Cipriano Raphael's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Teofilio was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 65th minute of the match Hartodeesto FC got a corner. Viedma AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fulgencio Teofilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Raphael, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Fulgencio Teofilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Raphael in the 69th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Viedma AFC's zone, Eliseo Umea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Teofilio came out of the goal and Eliseo Umea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fulgencio Teofilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Raphael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Viedma AFC defense, Eliseo Umea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Teofilio. The Viedma AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Teofilio should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pastor Ralondo during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Hartodeesto FC booed when Viedma AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Ralondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miroslav Bessone struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Fulgencio Teofilio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hartodeesto FC. 85 minutes into the match, Viedma AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Umea came free, but Fulgencio Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 minutes, Cipriano Raphael mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hartodeesto FC and the Viedma AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 91 minutes into the match, Hartodeesto FC's Eliseo Umea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulgencio Teofilio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 97thth minute of the game Cipriano Raphael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viedma AFC's Fulgencio Teofilio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hartodeesto FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
