With an all-out effort, Mλpuכhes FC's Timoteo Koldobika threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jimeno Tavio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 16th minute, Ignacio Cugat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Danel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Julio Feo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Koldobika having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Julio Feo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mλpuכhes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Feo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timoteo Koldobika breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Jimeno Tavio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timoteo Koldobika was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Jimeno Tavio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Koldobika stood somewhat misplaced when Jimeno Tavio came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 33 minute. In the 36th minute, Artemio Llorienzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timoteo Koldobika made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Feo in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Calu fc's zone, Julio Feo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Koldobika came out of the goal and Julio Feo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimeno Tavio was the one to do the kick off. When Ignacio Cugat came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Calu fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Cugat couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Danel made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Ignacio Cugat sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, Ignacio Cugat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 played minutes, Mλpuכhes FC's Jose Sabin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Timoteo Koldobika came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mλpuכhes FC reached it. After having played for 59 minutes, Ignacio Cugat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calu fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Cugat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ignacio Cugat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Calu fc's Anselmo Urdaspal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. After a rather tough play, Calu fc's Ignacio Cugat got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Mλpuכhes FC got a corner. Calu fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jose Sabin ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Ivan Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anselmo Urdaspal came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Calu fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Urdaspal couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Danel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Cugat in the 84th minute of the match.
