In the 10th match minute, Calu fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Estevez to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arsenio Asier in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timoteo Koldobika saved Calu fc from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Platense's zone, Ignacio Cugat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Montel came out of the goal and Ignacio Cugat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Arnoldo Lehoi fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Platense's protests and gave Arnoldo Lehoi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, Calu fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Estevez to maneuver through the defense. In the 21stth minute of the game Arsenio Asier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calu fc's Timoteo Koldobika was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eloy Isauro charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But to his dismay, Teobaldo Ekialde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 29 played minutes Calu fc got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Cugat. Arsenio Asier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Cugat in the 33rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Platense's goalkeeper Matias Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Asier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Timoteo Koldobika was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Maximiliano Inocente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Timoteo Koldobika made a huge save. Anselmo Urdaspal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atlético Platense's Simon Loiola shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Timoteo Koldobika but with some difficulty. A collision led to Calu fc getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Florencio Estevez hit a great ball. A hard shot by Arnoldo Lehoi from long distance, 85 minutes into the match, got Timoteo Koldobika's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Timoteo Koldobika made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Inocente in the 89th minute. Arsenio Asier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Timoteo Koldobika skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Timoteo Koldobika made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Teobaldo Ekialde sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Club Atlético Platense walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
