Christian Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Cordaryal, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Israel Mero made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Vilismán's Nunez Hibai seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nunez Hibai the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Vilismán protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nunez Hibai had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 53rd minute, one of Vilismán:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vilismán. Lino Ariando placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The crowd rose to their feet as El Deportivo Boca FC's Primitivo Toli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christian Matteo. That made the score 0-2 after 59 minutes of play. In the 63rd minute of the match, Maximiliano Dacio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christian Matteo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 64th minute Primitivo Toli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Matteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Everardo Dominguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vilismán's Christian Matteo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Vilismán from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 73 in the game by Maximiliano Dacio from a close distance when the talented Christian Matteo managed to make a qualified save. Vilismán's players were relieved. Vilismán's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Primitivo Toli scored to the left of an out of position Christian Matteo, making the score, 0-3. El Deportivo Boca FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Vilismán's much stronger midfield.
