With a little luck, Malleo FC's Aristides Selmo got control of the ball when Maximiliano Dacio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Hegoi hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. El Deportivo Boca FC's Maximiliano Dacio got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Cuarto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Malleo FC's Aristides Selmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Dacio in the 54th minute of play. El Deportivo Boca FC's Maximiliano Dacio got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Cordaryal in the 66th minute of play forced Malleo FC's goalkeeper Aristides Selmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Toli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aristides Selmo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in El Deportivo Boca FC's zone, Sergio Etxeberri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Demario came out of the goal and Sergio Etxeberri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, El Deportivo Boca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Cuarto came free, but Jairo Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Vladimiro Orlanda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristides Selmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Toli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, El Deportivo Boca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Cuarto came free, but Jairo Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Selmo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 90 minutes, Primitivo Toli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Deportivo Boca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Toli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergio Etxeberri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Demario having to interfere.
