Spectators: 7364 (Terracing: 5524, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cornelio Cilio started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Cornelio Cilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano Burgos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kenneth Tingelholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Leizarraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Geleberto got free with Kenneth Tingelholm in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germano Burgos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Cilio in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, Juvenal Caledonians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Admon to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Ranquilcó's Kenneth Tingelholm got control of the ball when Jaime Geleberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isidro Venerando took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Germano Burgos. Germano Burgos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Isidro Venerando hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Isidro Venerando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Burgos having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Ranquilcó's Sebastian Edur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germano Burgos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Ranquilcó's Silvano Toro got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 28thth minute of the game Jaime Geleberto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranquilcó's Kenneth Tingelholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Iturri in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Germano Burgos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Juvenal Caledonians's Jaime Geleberto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kenneth Tingelholm. That made the score 1-2 after 36 minutes of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Jaime Geleberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juvenal Caledonians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Geleberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Edur charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Edur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Ranquilcó got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Edur. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ranquilcó's goalkeeper Kenneth Tingelholm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ranquilcó's Clodoveo Iturri got a free kick in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgardo Leizarraga to strike the kick off in the second half. Germano Burgos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Edur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germano Burgos made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Clodoveo Iturri sent off a good shot on target. Kenneth Tingelholm came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Juvenal Caledonians's Mariano Argina. But to his dismay, Mariano Argina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Edgardo Leizarraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Tingelholm having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Ranquilcó got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Venerando. Flavio Admon's late challenge caught a Ranquilcó's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Admon helped the player get up and apologised. Flavio Admon kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Donato Geleberto hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ranquilcó's Kenneth Tingelholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Argina in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Juvenal Caledonians's Flavio Admon got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Sebastian Edur kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Jaime Geleberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Tingelholm having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ranquilcó's Silvestre Inge got a free kick in the 78th minute. Kenneth Tingelholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Euloxu in the 81st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Geleberto during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th match minute, Ranquilcó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Geleberto to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Etor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juvenal Caledonians's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ranquilcó the free kick. A collision led to Juvenal Caledonians getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Dalmacio Etor hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Ranquilcó's Donato Geleberto broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Edgardo Leizarraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Tingelholm having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
