Spectators: 7325 (Terracing: 5495, Seating: 1685, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mauricio Dalmai started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Nicholas in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Abancens saved KingMarley- from getting behind. If Roque Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romulo Goren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauricio Dalmai's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Aquilino Erlantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Froilan Baudelio during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 19 played minutes ROMAN-TICOS got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Baudelio. In the 24th minute, Eliseo Timo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, KingMarley-'s Octavio Tello got a free kick in the 31st minute. Nemesio Palos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Mauricio Dalmai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Romulo Goren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, ROMAN-TICOS's Roque Nicholas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Abancens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47thth minute of the game Aquilino Erlantz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ROMAN-TICOS's Romulo Goren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

In the 52nd minute Roque Nicholas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Augusto Elija was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ROMAN-TICOS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KingMarley- the free kick. After 61 played minutes ROMAN-TICOS got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Elija. Romulo Goren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Dalmai in the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, KingMarley-'s Mauricio Dalmai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romulo Goren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuel Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Baudelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute, Mauricio Dalmai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mauricio Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aquilino Erlantz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Romulo Goren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind KingMarley-'s goalkeeper Samuel Abancens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Samuel Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Nicholas in the 85th minute of play. Many of KingMarley-'s supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. KingMarley- may have spent more time on the ball, but ROMAN-TICOS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
