After a defensive mix-up in Motomo FC's zone, Nestor Afonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clodoveo Chuan came out of the goal and Nestor Afonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 played minutes Motomo FC got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Montxo. Celedonio Olando was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 14th minute Felipe Chus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Uzuri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Uzuri came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Motomo FC's Benicio Montxo. But to his dismay, Benicio Montxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Generoso Maureo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Soldiers of Jah Army's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Chus came free, but Valentin Uzuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Motomo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Claude was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Uzuri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Motomo FC's Clodoveo Chuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Afonso in the 32nd minute of play. If Florencio Sidoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clodoveo Chuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Afonso in the 41st minute of play. Benicio Montxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Claude couldn't finish the play.
