Damaso Cordareo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Vagos. Arsenio Ferrando hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Clausurada's Pascual Ticho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 23 minutes of play, Clausurada's Maximo Mikelats made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Laurendi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Amado Corderun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sixto Frasquito to make the kick off. Clausurada's Amado Corderun got his second yellow card of the match in the 51st minute. The referee ordered Amado Corderun off the ground. In the 54th minute, Clausurada's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sixto Frasquito fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Delmar Jerardo came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Los Vagos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Jerardo couldn't finish the play. David Laurendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Quiroga in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute Alejo Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Laurendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Ticho in the 66th minute of the match. Damaso Cordareo came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Vagos's Sixto Frasquito. But to his dismay, Sixto Frasquito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After having played for 81 minutes, Arsenio Ferrando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Vagos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsenio Ferrando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Frasquito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Clausurada's goalkeeper Damaso Cordareo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Nerio. With his leg Damaso Cordareo managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Los Vagos's Sixto Frasquito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Clausurada's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
