Urbano Rito made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Benigno Errolan sent off a good shot on target. In the 7th minute Celedonio Gil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Hats's late challenge caught a Cavalango AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Hats helped the player get up and apologised. Lino Hats kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Errolan got free with Urbano Rito in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Gimenez in the 12th minute of play forced Humboldt FC's goalkeeper Urbano Rito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Celedonio Gil made a precise shot to the right of Urbano Rito. Humboldt FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Humboldt FC's goalkeeper Urbano Rito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benigno Errolan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeo Normando got free with Urbano Rito in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rapolas Gasiūnas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Humboldt FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Artemio Roano hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Humboldt FC defense, Benigno Errolan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbano Rito. The Humboldt FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbano Rito should have stopped the shot. Urbano Rito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Gil in the 35th minute of the match. Natalio Ubendu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 41 minutes, Rapolas Gasiūnas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Humboldt FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rapolas Gasiūnas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Natalio Ubendu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Eleder was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Natalio Ubendu was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Benigno Errolan notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Humboldt FC's Urbano Rito. Urbano Rito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Urbano Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Errolan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute Domingos Gimenez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Hats hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Cavalango AFC's Celedonio Gil in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Humboldt FC's goalie prevented a goal. 66 minutes into the game, Samuel Mendebal threw the ball into play from the sideline. Humboldt FC's Salvador Acosta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Urbano Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cavalango AFC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Humboldt FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celedonio Gil took the corner. The corner led Cavalango AFC's Benigno Errolan to a score. 5-1 in the 72nd minute. Tadeo Normando hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Urbano Rito came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavalango AFC's Domingos Gimenez. But to his dismay, Domingos Gimenez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Urbano Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Errolan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urbano Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Gimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Humboldt FC's zone, Elpidio Firmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Rito came out of the goal and Elpidio Firmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urbano Rito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Errolan in the 84th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Humboldt FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Errolan came free, but Urbano Rito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humboldt FC's Urbano Rito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Gil in the 95th minute of play.
