The referee ignored Monaco's protests and gave Florentino Jax a yellow card for diving instead. The corner led Bosques FC's Gualterio Lucila to fire away a dangerous shot which Raimundo Francis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Raimundo Francis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Oskitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monaco's Raimundo Francis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Asier in the 38th minute of play. Gualterio Lucila struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Raimundo Francis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bosques FC. Raimundo Francis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Asier went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saverio Cordario made a kick off. The supporters of Bosques FC booed when Monaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Naike didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Monaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.
