Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5567, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) resident87's Rafael Frederik started the match with a crisp pass. Christian Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Månsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Inter Miami's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Paulino Quintin scored to the left of an out of position Cresenciano Sobrado, making the score, 2-0. A collision led to Inter Miami getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Nereo Orti hit a great ball. In the 27th minute of the match Nereo Orti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Freire showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Christian Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juli Cerda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Inter Miami booed when resident87 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Matro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cresenciano Sobrado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Frederik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joachim Månssons short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Christian Freire to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
