Ogilvie's Alberto Malvin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseo Neron in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Malvin saved Ogilvie from getting behind. In the 57th minute Ladislao Tauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Ciceron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Romeo Leheren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ANKARA FC's Arnaldo Ciceron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save ANKARA FC from getting a goal against them. Enzo Guter received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnaldo Ciceron came out and tried to block the shot, but Enzo Guter slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 87th minute. After a rather tough play, ANKARA FC's Blas Jerico got a free kick in the 90th minute. The Ogilvie supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ogilvie would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
