Cleto Orlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Euloxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Marcial Olando hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, Gustavo Inguma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Temperley's Lisandro Bartoli got a free kick in the 11th minute. Gustavo Inguma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute Gustavo Inguma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Orlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laferrere FC's Cleto Orlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Inguma in the 26th minute of play. Eriberto Venceslas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Euloxu in the 31st minute of play forced Laferrere FC's goalkeeper Cleto Orlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Laferrere FC's Marcial Olando got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Cleto Orlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Inguma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Gustavo Inguma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Temperley's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Inguma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Orlin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Gustavo Inguma put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cleto Orlin. Cleto Orlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Bartoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Temperley were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Cleto Orlin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Inguma went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Gavino Euloxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Orlin having to interfere. Gavino Euloxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Cleto Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rene Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laferrere FC's Cleto Orlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Inguma in the 76th minute of play. Gustavo Inguma might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cleto Orlin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustavo Inguma ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 82nd minute, Gavino Euloxu made a precise shot to the right of Cleto Orlin. Laferrere FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Gavino Euloxus short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Cleto Orlin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Braulio Fliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Iratxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Gavino Euloxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cleto Orlin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. If Gavino Euloxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Temperley played a much better game than Laferrere FC and deserved their victory. The Laferrere FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
