Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ermegildo Itzaina took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Laferrere FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ermegildo Itzaina fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipolito Locaio during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Garompas FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Hipolito Locaio hit a great ball. Godofredo Otsoko hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Itzaina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquin Celio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Cleto Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Jordy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Iratxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Cleto Orlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximo Oinaz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cleto Orlin came out and tried to block the shot, but Maximo Oinaz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 31st minute. If Ermegildo Itzaina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cleto Orlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Celio in the 35th minute of play. Luisito Ramirez kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Ermegildo Itzaina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Garompas FC's Joaquin Celio got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eriberto Venceslas was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Laferrere FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Celio came free, but Cleto Orlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fulgencio Edwardo fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laferrere FC's protests and gave Fulgencio Edwardo a yellow card for diving instead. 58 minutes into the game, one of Laferrere FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Laferrere FC's Cleto Orlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Itzaina in the 63rd minute of play. Garompas FC's Joaquin Celio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ermegildo Itzaina came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Garompas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Itzaina couldn't finish the play. Joaquin Celio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Orlin having to interfere. Cleto Orlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Itzaina in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Garompas FC's Godofredo Otsoko got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 74 minutes, Nicanor Gaztea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garompas FC and the Laferrere FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Laferrere FC booed when Garompas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Gaztea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Celio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Joaquin Celio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garompas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquin Celio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Orlin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Garompas FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Godofredo Otsoko hit a great ball. Joaquin Celio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Orlin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Celio in the 90th minute of play forced Laferrere FC's goalkeeper Cleto Orlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laferrere FC's Eriberto Venceslas got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94thth minute of the game Ermegildo Itzaina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laferrere FC's Cleto Orlin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Garompas FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
