He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Killer Queen reached it. After 8 minutes, Rodrigo Criston mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olavarria FC and the Killer Queen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rodrigo Criston hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the game, Felipe Ishmael cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Saul Eufemio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 14th match minute, Killer Queen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Txindoki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Saul Eufemio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Killer Queen's Felipe Ishmael nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saul Eufemio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Txindoki came free, but Saul Eufemio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Ishmael struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Saul Eufemio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Killer Queen. Amadeo Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th match minute, Killer Queen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Chale to maneuver through the defense. Olavarria FC's Saul Eufemio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Elodio in the 33rd minute of play. Rodrigo Criston got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Rodrigo Criston hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Amadeo Reyes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saul Eufemio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Felipe Ishmael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saul Eufemio. Olavarria FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Ishmael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 43 minutes into the game, Amadeo Reyes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Saul Eufemio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Killer Queen were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Saul Eufemio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Reyes in the 54th minute of play. Amadeo Reyes took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saul Eufemio. Saul Eufemio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 57th match minute, Killer Queen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Piorno to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Everardo Venerando during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Killer Queen's Godfredo Elodio got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69thth minute of the game Salvador Basualdo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Killer Queen's Serafin Abalos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute, Felipe Ishmael made a precise shot to the right of Saul Eufemio. Olavarria FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Serafin Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Otsoa in the 84th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Salvador Basualdo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Ishmael succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 93rd playminute. Killer Queen's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
