The crowd rose to their feet as Jairo Nastasio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benigno Vito. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 15th minute, Higinio Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Roberto Urbasa came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Blue Demon Lock fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Urbasa couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Blue Demon Lock's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Nastasio came free, but Benigno Vito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 played minutes Blue Demon Lock got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Roderigo. When Jairo Nastasio fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reartes's protests and gave Jairo Nastasio a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Reartes got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Nastasio. A collision led to Reartes getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Diego Vela hit a great ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Ezequiel Montay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reartes's Generoso Galtero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Blue Demon Lock booed when Reartes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Vela didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ezequiel Montay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generoso Galtero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Montay in the 39th minute of the match. Higinio Farias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roberto Urbasa to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Blue Demon Lock's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Gabrio came free, but Benigno Vito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomas Gabrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Urbasa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Generoso Galtero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. During the 61st minute of the match Diego Vela completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Diego Vela a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 62 played minutes Reartes got a freekick which was hit by Diego Vela. Generoso Galtero acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ceferino Roderigo. In the 65th minute, Bernardino Seber reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Generoso Galtero. The goal made the score 1-1. After 69 played minutes Reartes got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Henry. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Montay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Generoso Galtero was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Generoso Galtero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With 77 minutes on the clock, Teodosio Henry commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Reartes! The referee gave Blue Demon Lock a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roberto Urbasa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Reartes's Generoso Galtero. 1-2. Higinio Farias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Ceferino Roderigo had to leave the field with a concussion. When Higinio Farias was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. Higinio Farias kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Generoso Galtero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roberto Urbasa in the 94th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Blue Demon Lock eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
