In the 21st minute, Amador Terciero made a precise shot to the right of Narciso Bide. Lobería FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 26 minutes into the match, Lobería FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Terciero came free, but Narciso Bide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amador Terciero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Basualdo in the 29th minute of play forced Lobería FC's goalkeeper Narciso Bide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lobería FC's Narciso Bide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Terciero in the 31st minute of play. Celso Kinsen was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Elias Xacintu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elias Xacintu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Elias Xacintu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Kinsen having to interfere. Silvestre Min struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Celso Kinsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lobería FC. After 47 played minutes Lobería FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Min. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Lobería FC's Narciso Bide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Terciero in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of C.A. Luzuriaga booed when Lobería FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Xacintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, C.A. Luzuriaga's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Xacintu came free, but Celso Kinsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severino Henry hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Lobería FC's Narciso Bide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Lobería FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of C.A. Luzuriaga booed when Lobería FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Xacintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Silvestre Min hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Bide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abelardo Stephen in the 81st minute. After 89 played minutes Lobería FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Xacintu. 94 minutes into the match, Amador Terciero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Narciso Bide, 2-3. C.A. Luzuriaga's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
