Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fernando Gartzi started the match with the kick off. Dionisio Cai charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dionisio Cai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pavón getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Dionisio Cai hit a great ball. In the 11thth minute of the game Fernando Gartzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pavón's Ramiro Lope was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Fernando Gartzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro Lope was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Wildermuth AFC's Patricio Chinto got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Pavón's Raimundo Lucila dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 26thth minute of the game Fernando Gartzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pavón's Ramiro Lope was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wildermuth AFC's Domingo Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Lucila in the 28th minute of play. Ramiro Lope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Gartzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florencio Xabat scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramiro Lope, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Raimundo Lucila put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Domingo Hartz. The audience was convinced that Fernando Gartzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro Lope was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Fernando Gartzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Florencio Xabat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Fernando Gartzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Lope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pavón's goalkeeper Ramiro Lope, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pavón's Ramiro Lope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gartzi in the 65th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Wildermuth AFC's Fernando Gartzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The supporters of Pavón booed when Wildermuth AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Hurko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes Pavón got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Cai. Fernando Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ramiro Lope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerardo Odol was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Wildermuth AFC played a much better game than Pavón and deserved their victory. The Pavón players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
