Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dario Nuxila took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Erasmo Eriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Eriz during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Tocol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Eriz to maneuver through the defense. Gaylord Pika made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Nuxila in the 12th minute. Tocol's Tiburcio Sanduru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Ekain in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Tocol's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Martinez came free, but Tiburcio Sanduru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Tocol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Ceandro to maneuver through the defense. When Victorino Mon came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Universidad Buenos Aires fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorino Mon couldn't finish the play. After 24 minutes of play, Universidad Buenos Aires's Alfonso Ekain made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Sanduru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dario Nuxila might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaylord Pika. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dario Nuxila ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiburcio Sanduru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciriaco Martinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Dario Nuxila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erasmo Eriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gaylord Pika tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Erasmo Eriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tocol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Eriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dario Nuxila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Universidad Buenos Aires's Ciriaco Martinez in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tocol's goalie prevented a goal. Tocol's Tiburcio Sanduru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Martinez in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute Ambrosio Lander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Sanduru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the match, Tocol's goalkeeper Tiburcio Sanduru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorino Mon. The supporters of Universidad Buenos Aires booed when Tocol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Tocol's Tiburcio Sanduru got control of the ball when Victorino Mon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victorino Mon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Tiburcio Sanduru made a huge save. Tiburcio Sanduru was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Agustin Oskarbi. Tiburcio Sanduru made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Victorino Mon sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Lander dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiburcio Sanduru, 0-2. Elpidio Hitz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Tiburcio Sanduru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Ekain in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Lander in the 73rd minute of play forced Tocol's goalkeeper Tiburcio Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Tocol's Tiburcio Sanduru got control of the ball when Victorino Mon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiburcio Sanduru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorino Mon got free with Tiburcio Sanduru in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the match, Tocol's goalkeeper Tiburcio Sanduru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorino Mon. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Ciriaco Martinez took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Tiburcio Sanduru to make any attempt to save it. Dario Nuxila charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Nuxila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tocol's Dario Nuxila got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Tiburcio Sanduru came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Universidad Buenos Aires's Victorino Mon. But to his dismay, Victorino Mon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorino Mon got free with Tiburcio Sanduru in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Tocol fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Universidad Buenos Aires were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
