With a left leg Arnulfo Terciero saved Tinajeros AFC from getting behind. 13 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Belasko lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Cirilo Lixandro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Tirso in the 16th minute of play forced Tinajeros AFC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Terciero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th match minute, Goleadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Paublo to maneuver through the defense. Arnulfo Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes of play, Goleadores's Diego Medina made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnulfo Terciero was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the game, Diego Medina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Arnulfo Terciero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carlos Alcaraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Lixandro having to interfere. Emanuel Tirso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Terciero having to interfere. After 36 minutes of play, Goleadores's Diego Medina made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnulfo Terciero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Evelio Gaueko kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Arnulfo Terciero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Medina, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Diego Medina took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnulfo Terciero. Arnulfo Terciero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Belasko to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnoldo Belasko in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Lixandro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Astor Peruxu kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th match minute, Tinajeros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Luar to maneuver through the defense. Arnulfo Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diego Medina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Tirso got free with Arnulfo Terciero in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cirilo Lixandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Belasko in the 65th minute of the match. Arnulfo Terciero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Medina in the 79th minute of play forced Tinajeros AFC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Terciero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermengildo Montxo charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermengildo Montxo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes Tinajeros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Montxo. A hard shot by Serafin Artal from long distance, 93 minutes into the match, got Arnulfo Terciero's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 95 minutes, Arnoldo Belasko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tinajeros AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnoldo Belasko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnulfo Terciero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Tirso in the 97th minute.
