Apolo Gabino started the match with the kick off. Apolo Gabinos short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Eduardo Ostots to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 9th match minute, Sudor y Sangre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Sudor y Sangre's Eduardo Ostots got control of the ball when Apolo Gabino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pascual Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chicão de Queiroz having to interfere. Octavio Marques charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octavio Marques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Club atlético sacachispas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Marques to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Club atlético sacachispas getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Eulalio Rio hit a great ball. Modesto Cristofol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sudor y Sangre getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Eustaquio Fresco hit a great ball. Apolo Gabino struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Eduardo Ostots didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club atlético sacachispas. Pascual Brun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Chicão de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chicão de Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 played minutes Club atlético sacachispas got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Tomi. Bonifacio Goizeder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chicão de Queiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Pascual Brun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Brun in the 35th minute of play forced Club atlético sacachispas's goalkeeper Chicão de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basilio Tomi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Pascual Brun struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Chicão de Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sudor y Sangre. After a rather tough play, Club atlético sacachispas's Octavio Marques got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Pascual Brun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sudor y Sangre's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Brun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chicão de Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Club atlético sacachispas's zone, Pascual Brun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chicão de Queiroz came out of the goal and Pascual Brun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pascual Brun to make the kick off. Pascual Brun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Chicão de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Club atlético sacachispas's Baldomero Sancho got a free kick in the 54th minute. Sudor y Sangre's Pascual Brun got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eduardo Ostots showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Gabino in the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to Sudor y Sangre getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eustaquio Fresco hit a great ball. Eduardo Ostots showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Gabino, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Apolo Gabino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pascual Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chicão de Queiroz having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Sudor y Sangre's Isaias Cordeiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chicão de Queiroz. Chicão de Queiroz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. 86 minutes into the match, Isaias Cordeiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Chicão de Queiroz, 0-3. Chicão de Queiroz came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Sudor y Sangre's Isaias Cordeiro. But to his dismay, Isaias Cordeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.
