Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nicanor Virila started the match with the kick off. Artemio Nevada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ciro Gaitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciro Gaitano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amado Rameriz in the 5th minute. Rinconadilla's Artemio Nevada got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rinconadilla's Marcelo Mendiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Argina in the 11th minute of play. Marcelo Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Argina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Rameriz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Ciro Gaitano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcelo Mendiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Virila in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Rinconadilla's Amado Rameriz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The attack was good, but when Amado Rameriz in the 25th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 27 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belgrano's goalkeeper Ciro Gaitano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amado Rameriz. Ivan Argina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Marcelo Mendiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amado Rameriz in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ciro Gaitano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ciro Gaitano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaspar Lluterio in the 37th minute. A hard shot 39 in the game by Amado Rameriz from a close distance when the talented Ciro Gaitano managed to make a qualified save. Defensores de Belgrano's players were relieved. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Argina couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Nicanor Virila struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Marcelo Mendiko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores de Belgrano. Amado Rameriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Rinconadilla's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Virila came free, but Marcelo Mendiko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Amado Rameriz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ciro Gaitano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute, Artemio Nevada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Gaitano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After having played for 68 minutes, Amado Rameriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rinconadilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Rameriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amado Rameriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Artemio Nevada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ciro Gaitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rinconadilla's zone, Nicanor Virila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Mendiko came out of the goal and Nicanor Virila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicanor Virila during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rinconadilla booed when Defensores de Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Virila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Argina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Mendiko having to interfere. When Nicanor Virila came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Defensores de Belgrano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Virila couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Defensores de Belgrano players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rinconadilla.
