Conrado Guter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Laurendi having to interfere. GPS FC's Godfredo Laurendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Manny in the 18th minute of play. When Samico AFC's Flavio Manny in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 23 played minutes, Samico AFC's Bruno Rojelio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Godfredo Laurendi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samico AFC reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Reynardo got free with Carolo Abechuco in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flavio Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godfredo Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Guter in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Conrado Guter made a precise shot to the right of Godfredo Laurendi. GPS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 42 minutes into the match, GPS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Manny came free, but Godfredo Laurendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godfredo Laurendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Guter, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Flavio Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Guter to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Erasmo Ramirez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samico AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GPS FC the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Erasmo Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Edwardo in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carolo Abechuco saved Samico AFC from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Fernan Gaufred hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Flavio Manny came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Samico AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Manny couldn't finish the play. Conrado Guter was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Samico AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Godfredo Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Guter in the 64th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Conrado Guter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Godfredo Laurendi. Conrado Guter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. If Juan Edwardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Conrado Guter came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Samico AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Guter couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute Juan Edwardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Abechuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Samico AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Edwardo came free, but Carolo Abechuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Conrado Guter got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of GPS FC booed when Samico AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Rojelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Samico AFC's zone, Juan Edwardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Abechuco came out of the goal and Juan Edwardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the game, Juan Edwardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Carolo Abechuco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samico AFC's Carolo Abechuco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Edwardo in the 94th minute of play. Godfredo Laurendi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conrado Guter's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
