Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. But to his dismay, Prospero Tancredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10th minute Anibal Indar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Cebrian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Cebrian having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dante Matai got free with Severino Pagomari in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amado Sidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Lázaro Cebrian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Rojo de Mardel's Severino Pagomari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save El Rojo de Mardel from getting a goal against them. Julian Maura scored 1-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severino Pagomari, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcos Nalo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Severino Pagomari. That made the score 2-2 in the 30 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dante Matai got free with Severino Pagomari in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the game, Marcos Nalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villa Cuetazo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Rojo de Mardel the free kick. The supporters of El Rojo de Mardel booed when Villa Cuetazo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Nalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amado Sidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Lázaro Cebrian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Pagomari didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artemio Montes went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Marcos Nalo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Severino Pagomari made a huge save. Severino Pagomari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Maura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the game, El Rojo de Mardel's Hilário Benevides nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lázaro Cebrian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Maura to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Villa Cuetazo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Nalo to maneuver through the defense. When Horacio Francesco fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villa Cuetazo's protests and gave Horacio Francesco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Villa Cuetazo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Horacio Francesco hit a great ball. In the 64th minute of the match Andres Llorienzo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lázaro Cebrian skillfully saved the ball. Severino Pagomari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Matai in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Hilário Benevides was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Rojo de Mardel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Cuetazo the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Matai in the 70th minute of play forced El Rojo de Mardel's goalkeeper Severino Pagomari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Villa Cuetazo's Lázaro Cebrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilário Benevides in the 72nd minute of play. Severino Pagomari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Matai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Azibar hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. El Rojo de Mardel's Severino Pagomari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Matai in the 88th minute of play. Amado Sidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, El Rojo de Mardel's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Nalo came free, but Severino Pagomari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
