A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Tristan in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Azibar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kepa Arrizabalaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Seguinus, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute Emiliano Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Azibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Azibar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Lertxun got free with Kepa Arrizabalaga in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filiberto Seguinus's late challenge caught a Santa Rosa de Lima's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Seguinus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Emiliano Tristan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Azibar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Emiliano Tristan might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Azibar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Tristan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute Chu Petek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Azibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, Santa Rosa de Lima's Emiliano Tristan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Azibar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emiliano Tristan might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Azibar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Tristan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30thth minute of the game Emiliano Tristan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patoruzu FC's Jonathan Azibar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Santa Rosa de Lima's Emiliano Tristan in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Patoruzu FC's goalie prevented a goal. Emiliano Tristan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leopoldo Lertxun's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kepa Arrizabalaga firmly grabbed it by the left post. Leandro Felipo took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Azibar. Jonathan Azibar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saverio Procopio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emiliano Tristan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Azibar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Jonathan Azibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chu Petek, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 60th minute, Christian Runeberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiliano Tristans short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Jonathan Azibar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonathan Azibar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiliano Tristan went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Santa Rosa de Lima's Leandro Felipo got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emiliano Tristans short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Jonathan Azibar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Patoruzu FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Virgilio Bela hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Chu Petek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Azibar, 0-6. Kepa Arrizabalaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Bela in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Leandro Felipo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Rosa de Lima fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 97th minute, Carlos Servando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santa Rosa de Lima played a much better game than Patoruzu FC and deserved their victory. The Patoruzu FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
