The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cirilo Lamberto helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Venceslao in the 9th minute of play forced Roosevelt FC's goalkeeper Ambrosio Jorrin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, CARCARAJO's goalkeeper Rogelio Confesor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Donzel. Prudencio Pasqual charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prudencio Pasqual the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CARCARAJO booed when Roosevelt FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Pasqual didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, CARCARAJO's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Aragones came free, but Rogelio Confesor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Jax kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, CARCARAJO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Venceslao to maneuver through the defense. If Sixto Estefan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogelio Confesor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erasmo Aragones went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Rogelio Confesor made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Flavio Donzel sent off a good shot on target. Ambrosio Jorrin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Estefan in the 30th minute of the match. In the 34th minute Lázaro Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Confesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CARCARAJO's Rogelio Confesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Aragones in the 34th minute of play. CARCARAJO's Rogelio Confesor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save CARCARAJO from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, CARCARAJO's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Donzel came free, but Rogelio Confesor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Confesor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Donzel in the 42nd minute. Flavio Donzel succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 44th playminute. With a little luck, CARCARAJO's Rogelio Confesor got control of the ball when Damaso Jax tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damaso Jax to make the kick off. Rogelio Confesor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Duarte in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Flavio Donzel made a precise shot to the right of Rogelio Confesor. CARCARAJO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Rogelio Confesor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Donzel, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 60th minute Marcial Maura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Confesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogelio Confesor came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Roosevelt FC's Damaso Jax. But to his dismay, Damaso Jax quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Rogelio Confesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Jax in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Roosevelt FC's Flavio Donzel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogelio Confesor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Rogelio Confesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Aragones in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Lázaro Duarte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogelio Confesor. CARCARAJO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lázaro Duarte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. 82 minutes into the match, CARCARAJO's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Jax came free, but Rogelio Confesor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, Roosevelt FC's Flavio Donzel made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogelio Confesor was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the CARCARAJO defense, Lázaro Duarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogelio Confesor. The CARCARAJO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogelio Confesor should have stopped the shot. CARCARAJO's Rogelio Confesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vefa Onatkan in the 96th minute of play.
