Teobald Betonowy took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Astor Ourente. Astor Ourente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 18 minutes of play, Tusquitas FC's Teobald Betonowy made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Ourente was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes into the game, Jeremias Rio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Tusquitas FC's Juan Manex quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 26th minute, Teobald Betonowy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Astor Ourente was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Jeremias Rio's late challenge caught a Tusquitas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Rio helped the player get up and apologised. Jeremias Rio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Tusquitas FC's Teobald Betonowy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Astor Ourente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes into the game, Cristian Tiso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Astor Ourente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Astor Ourente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Betonowy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the RACING1967 defense, Teobald Betonowy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Astor Ourente. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiburcio Tebaldo was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Tiburcio Tebaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Tomaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobald Betonowy had several of the RACING1967's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Astor Ourente as he didn't even see the shot coming. After having played for 60 minutes, Amancio Gaizko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RACING1967's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Gaizko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Astor Ourente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Betonowy in the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, RACING1967's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Betonowy came free, but Astor Ourente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Teobald Betonowy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Ourente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. RACING1967's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Tusquitas FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
