Jorge Francho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jorge Francho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Silvanito in the 11th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Amado Indar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jorge Francho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Filomeno Edur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After recieving a nice pass, Putos Peronistas's Freddy Basajaun tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Amado Indar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleuterio Atarrabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Francho having to interfere. If Amador Pierres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 38 in the game by Amador Pierres from a close distance when the talented Erubiel Solustiano managed to make a qualified save. HOSPITAL EVITA's players were relieved. Amador Pierres scored 1-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erubiel Solustiano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filomeno Edur's late challenge caught a HOSPITAL EVITA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filomeno Edur helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of HOSPITAL EVITA booed when Putos Peronistas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Edur didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Atarrabi in the 47th minute of play forced Putos Peronistas's goalkeeper Jorge Francho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Putos Peronistas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. HOSPITAL EVITA were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amador Pierres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaac Gentza in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Francho saved Putos Peronistas from getting behind. If Amado Indar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Solustiano came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Putos Peronistas's Filomeno Edur. But to his dismay, Filomeno Edur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. With a little luck, Putos Peronistas's Jorge Francho got control of the ball when Eleuterio Atarrabi tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Jorge Francho managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when HOSPITAL EVITA's Isaac Gentza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 67th minute, Ricardo Oskarbi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Amador Pierres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Beat's late challenge caught a Putos Peronistas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erubiel Solustiano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amador Pierres's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Filomeno Edur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Solustiano having to interfere. In the 77th minute Amador Pierres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Solustiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Putos Peronistas's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amado Indar 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. After having played for 81 minutes, Filomeno Edur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Putos Peronistas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Edur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, HOSPITAL EVITA's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Pierres came free, but Erubiel Solustiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Atarrabi struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Jorge Francho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HOSPITAL EVITA. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
