The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ovidio Inautzi hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Isidro Silvanito fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HOSPITAL EVITA's protests and gave Isidro Silvanito a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd match minute, HOSPITAL EVITA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Silvanito to maneuver through the defense. Club Atlético Tigre's Witalis Mleczewski got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isidro Silvanito hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Isaac Gentza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Anibal Nesto made a huge save. Anibal Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Indar, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Tigre's Godfredo Eli got a free kick in the 20th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Tigre's goalkeeper Anibal Nesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Gentza. Erubiel Solustiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Gallardo in the 29th minute of play. Eleuterio Atarrabi really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. 42 minutes into the match, Isaac Gentza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anibal Nesto. Club Atlético Tigre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaac Gentza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. With a little luck, Club Atlético Tigre's Anibal Nesto got control of the ball when Eleuterio Atarrabi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Witalis Mleczewski made the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Witalis Mleczewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HOSPITAL EVITA's Erubiel Solustiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute Isaac Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erubiel Solustiano had great luck who in the 58thth minute grab hold of the ball when Witalis Mleczewski from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 61st minute Isaac Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Erubiel Solustiano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to HOSPITAL EVITA getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Isidro Silvanito hit a great ball. If Witalis Mleczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godfredo Eli kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Amado Indar took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anibal Nesto. Anibal Nesto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. A collision led to Club Atlético Tigre getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Artemio Blanco hit a great ball. When Isaac Gentza got free in front of the goal in the 78th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Anibal Nesto was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Aytaç Erbay hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Tigre's zone, Eleuterio Atarrabi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Nesto came out of the goal and Eleuterio Atarrabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 86 minutes, Witalis Mleczewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Tigre and the HOSPITAL EVITA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Tigre's Witalis Mleczewski got a free kick in the 86th minute. Club Atlético Tigre's Anibal Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Gentza in the 92nd minute of play. Isaac Gentza took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anibal Nesto. Anibal Nesto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2.
