A collision led to Rinconada getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Isaac Ryers hit a great ball. The supporters of Rinconada booed when Garayalde AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Sugoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Garayalde AFC's Pastor Ekhi got a free kick in the 36th minute. Tomas Cordera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Perutxo in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Cristian Abel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd match minute, Rinconada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Precioso to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donald McDonleavy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Cordera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donald McDonleavy in the 52nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Donald McDonleavy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rinconada's supporters rose to their feet, but Donald McDonleavy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Cordera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Garayalde AFC's Tomas Cordera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donald McDonleavy in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Zeledon Sugoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Cordera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Perutxo in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute of the match Rinconada got a corner. Garayalde AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristian Abel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tomas Cordera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Perutxo in the 86th minute of the match. Zeledon Sugoi kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Vicente Cresconio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Braulio Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Cordera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald McDonleavy, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
