Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) Luciano Cesario started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 9 minutes into the game, Raul Adrio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roque Bartoli. Raul Adrio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 12th minute, Glenn Hart reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roque Bartoli. The goal made the score 2-0. 20 minutes into the match, Estomba AFC's goalkeeper Roque Bartoli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Loren. In the 21st minute, Tomás Loren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raul Adrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Anselmo Ortle fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estomba AFC's protests and gave Anselmo Ortle a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Estomba AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 26 minutes, Xerez's Fausto Markel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Roque Bartoli. Estomba AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Glenn Hart 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. 32 minutes into the match, Tomás Loren notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Estomba AFC's Roque Bartoli. Roque Bartoli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Xerez booed when Estomba AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Llin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Tomás Loren made a precise shot to the right of Roque Bartoli. Estomba AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 38 minutes into the match, Estomba AFC's Juan Ordono sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cleto Veronica narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomás Loren took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roque Bartoli. Roque Bartoli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. When Raul Adrio came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Xerez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Adrio couldn't finish the play. Roque Bartoli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Loren in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raul Adrio to make the kick off. Luciano Cesario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Veronica having to interfere. In the 60th minute Luciano Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Luciano Nastasio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estomba AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xerez the free kick. In the 62nd minute, one of Estomba AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Estomba AFC. Juan Ordono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Adrio in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roque Bartoli saved Estomba AFC from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Juan Ordono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 73 played minutes Estomba AFC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Ordono. After a defensive mix-up in Xerez's zone, Juan Ordono stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Veronica came out of the goal and Juan Ordono tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute Raul Adrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Bartoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Rosendo Llin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute, Glenn Hart ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roque Bartoli was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Juan Ordono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Cleto Veronica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roque Bartoli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Glenn Hart went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-1 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Xerez were the better team. Xerez's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
