The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 余骏耀 during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Melquiades Balesio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Nataniel went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Vinicio Sandaili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 余骏耀 in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of AFC Richmond booed when Juanma fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Euloxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Saverio Mendebal took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Melquiades Balesio to make any attempt to save it. Pablo Zabaleta kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Melquiades Balesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Romeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Juanma fc's goalkeeper Melquiades Balesio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Romeo. A collision led to AFC Richmond getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Lluc Navarro hit a great ball. Martin Amato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melquiades Balesio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Nataniel in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Nataniel in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Balesio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Juanma fc! The goalkeeper, Melquiades Balesio, was totally fooled by AFC Richmond's Benito Nataniel, who 38 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a little luck, Juanma fc's Melquiades Balesio got control of the ball when Benito Nataniel tried to sneak it across the goal line.

AFC Richmond's Vinicio Sandaili proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save AFC Richmond from getting a goal against them. Bernardo Romeo's late challenge caught a Juanma fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Romeo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Bernardo Romeo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Bernardo Romeo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melquiades Balesio was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 74 minutes into the match, Juanma fc's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Nataniel came free, but Melquiades Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Nataniel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the game, AFC Richmond's Benito Nataniel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Balesio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 84 minutes into the game, 余骏耀 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Vinicio Sandaili was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Bernardo Romeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinicio Sandaili made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when 余骏耀 sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AFC Richmond had won after a very even match.
