Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Geronimo Maldonado got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Generoso Abechuco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gilberto Oto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute, Devoto FC's Geronimo Maldonado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. When Generoso Abechuco fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rivec's protests and gave Generoso Abechuco a yellow card for diving instead. Generoso Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Nicasio Musko kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Honorio Cefero struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Haşmet Tuney didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Devoto FC. In the 24th match minute, Rivec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Isidor to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Abechuco struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Gilberto Oto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivec. If Generoso Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 38 played minutes Devoto FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Vellito. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geronimo Maldonado in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haşmet Tuney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Geronimo Maldonado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Haşmet Tuney made a huge save.

When Devoto FC's Geronimo Maldonado in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rivec's goalie prevented a goal. 63 minutes into the game, Geronimo Maldonado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Devoto FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rivec the free kick. After a rather tough play, Devoto FC's Leonel Txordon got a free kick in the 65th minute. Geronimo Maldonado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Geronimo Maldonado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Generoso Abechuco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilberto Oto. Generoso Abechuco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Gualterio Isidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Devoto FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Vellito. Generoso Abechuco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Gilberto Oto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Isidor in the 96th minute of play forced Devoto FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Oto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Devoto FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Rivec to leave the ground with a draw.
