In the 23rd match minute, CHICAGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Llanos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, CHICAGO's Cleto Santiago got a free kick in the 24th minute. Samuel Dolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Glastrup in the 29th minute of play. Prospero Venceslas struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Celestino Onbera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CHICAGO. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Santiago in the 41st minute of play forced Union Vecinal de Munro's goalkeeper Celestino Onbera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Emanuel Llanos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celestino Onbera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ceferino Austin to make the kick off. Prospero Venceslas hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Samuel Dolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Austin in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Simon Naldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CHICAGO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Union Vecinal de Munro the free kick. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CHICAGO! The supporters of Union Vecinal de Munro booed when CHICAGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Chucho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Dolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Austin, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. CHICAGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Santiago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celestino Onbera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Romulo Segio took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Celestino Onbera to make any attempt to save it. In a very dangerous position, a player in CHICAGO fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! Ceferino Austin might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Dolfo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ceferino Austin ran back to his position shaking his head. After 99 played minutes CHICAGO got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Llanos. Cleto Santiago kicked well hit freekick during the 100th minute of the match. 101 minutes into the match, CHICAGO's goal looked a bit too open when Miromir Murdza came free, but Samuel Dolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chants of CHICAGO echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Union Vecinal de Munro had held the ball for most of the match.
