The audience was convinced that Amador Raymond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horacio Palben was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Carlisle FC's Agne Browall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Lalla in the 93rd minute of play. Amador Raymond's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Palben read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Carlisle FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
