C.S.BEN-HUR's Alejo Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Belmiro in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, C.S.BEN-HUR's Lázaro Nastasio got a free kick in the 17th minute. Teofilo Belmiro struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Alejo Petrigai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tobosy. Ciro Ganix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaudencio Santana might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Cordarrol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaudencio Santana ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Belmiro in the 38th minute of play forced C.S.BEN-HUR's goalkeeper Alejo Petrigai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Lázaro Nastasio suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Narciso Jaizki charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Jaizki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, Narciso Jaizki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Israel Jerano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Teofilo Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teofilo Belmiro was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Teofilo Belmiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejo Petrigai was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. When Carlos Cordero fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tobosy's protests and gave Carlos Cordero a yellow card for diving instead. C.S.BEN-HUR's Alejo Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Belmiro in the 60th minute of play. After 62 minutes of play Tobosy's Carlos Cordero was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Tobosy getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Carlos Cordero hit a great ball. Alejo Petrigai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Belmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Teofilo Belmiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejo Petrigai was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Tobosy's Teofilo Belmiro in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tobosy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S.BEN-HUR the free kick. In the 91st minute, Teofilo Belmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.S.BEN-HUR's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
