If Arnoldo Poncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th match minute, Manchester Champagne F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Beturian to maneuver through the defense. Melquiades Demesio came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Teofilo Orti could save by the left post. In the 16th minute C.A Picadillis were awarded a corner. Placido Belo went to the cornerflag to take it. C.A Picadillis were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Manchester Champagne F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Placido Belo took the corner. Placido Belo made a great header on C.A Picadillis's corner, it was just that Manchester Champagne F.C's Teofilo Orti managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Gotzon in the 19th minute of play forced C.A Picadillis's goalkeeper Anastasio Fortun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes, Placido Belo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A Picadillis and the Manchester Champagne F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Placido Belo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Anacleto Gotzon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manchester Champagne F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In a very dangerous position, a player in C.A Picadillis fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amadeo Barbosa to make the kick off. Arnoldo Poncio let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 52nd minute shot 0-4 at rihgt post. Arnoldo Poncio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65 played minutes Anacleto Gotzon rounded C.A Picadillis's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. 69 minutes into the game, one of C.A Picadillis:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Anastasio Fortun had in the 70thth minute some difficulties stopping Anacleto Gotzon's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 70th minute, Anacleto Gotzon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasio Fortun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Arnoldo Poncio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester Champagne F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Poncio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasio Fortun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Arnoldo Poncio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasio Fortun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. If Zeledon Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofilo Orti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Iturri, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Manchester Champagne F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Barbosa came free, but Teofilo Orti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasio Fortun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Poncio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manchester Champagne F.C were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after C.A Picadillis's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anacleto Gotzon took the corner. C.A Picadillis's Anastasio Fortun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Gotzon in the 97th minute of play. A collision led to C.A Picadillis getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Donato Gaitano hit a great ball.
