In the 41st match minute, Vendetta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Bidun to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Curro Coello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korneliusz Wawak, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Curro Coello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Wawak in the 83rd minute of the match. Korneliusz Wawak struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Curro Coello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Preston North End. Preston North End were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
