Abelardo Frutos was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Lacentral F C booed when MIAMCA F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Chaime didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Benedicto Aires from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Santiago Suarez's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, MIAMCA F.C.'s Guido Chaime got a free kick in the 13th minute. Santiago Suarez acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 15th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Benedicto Aires. Rosendo Edur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Abelardo Frutos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abelardo Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tano Judin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guillermo Frichoso got free with Santiago Suarez in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Rosendo Edur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Esteve Herauso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo Frutos. Lacentral F C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esteve Herauso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Edur in the 36th minute of play forced Lacentral F C's goalkeeper Abelardo Frutos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Gregorio Porfirio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Frutos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 played minutes Lacentral F C got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Abar. 44 minutes into the match, Lacentral F C's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Edur came free, but Abelardo Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geronimo Ostots charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geronimo Ostots the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abelardo Frutos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruninho Garcia in the 96th minute of play. MIAMCA F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
