Sauli Sillgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Eudoxio in the 10th minute of the match. Gustavo Sindo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Omar Eudoxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justino Egun during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Genna FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! The referee gave CARP a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emilio Fidencio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Genna FC's Sauli Sillgren. 1-1. In the 21st minute Omar Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sauli Sillgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sauli Sillgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francis Montiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Lucas Barea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Delyan Muhtarov didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. After 35 played minutes CARP got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Pacho. Sauli Sillgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Fidencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Lucas Barea might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delyan Muhtarov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
