Candido Rio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulgencio Esiquio's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Augusto Eneto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Fertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Madaleno in the 12th minute of play. Benigno Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Eneto in the 13th minute of the match. With a little luck, Axtron's Candido Rio got control of the ball when Jonathan Umea tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Fulgencio Esiquio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Candido Rio was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Fulgencio Esiquio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Rio having to interfere. Hidalgo FC's Fulgencio Esiquio got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hidalgo FC's Marco Raymon got a free kick in the 26th minute. Antonio Erdiano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benigno Fertus. Hidalgo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Augusto Eneto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Benigno Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Eneto in the 31st minute of play forced Hidalgo FC's goalkeeper Benigno Fertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Axtron's Generoso Madaleno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benigno Fertus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Umea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Umea might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Candido Rio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonathan Umea ran back to his position shaking his head. Leon Chesus kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Fulgencio Esiquio kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Candido Rio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hidalgo FC's Benigno Fertus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Hidalgo FC from getting a goal against them. Benigno Fertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Madaleno in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Augusto Eneto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fulgencio Esiquio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Eneto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 81st playminute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Umea in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Candido Rio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axtron's Candido Rio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Esiquio in the 86th minute of play. Generoso Madaleno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Benigno Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Hidalgo FC got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Tono. Benigno Fertus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Madaleno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Hidalgo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Axtron's performance. The match ended with a win for Axtron.
