The supporters of Palmeiras booed when Todo en venta! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Orlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Otsando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Chap having to interfere. Marcial Chap was a little too slow when Adrian Otsando got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-2. After a rather tough play, Palmeiras's Alejandro Diaz got a free kick in the 68th minute. Isidoro Laurentzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Vellito in the 69th minute of the match.
