Albino Ladio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Arotza went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 6th minute, Cristian Arotza fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ulises Sidro kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Hermengildo James kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Angel Gaueko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Mannie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cristian Arotza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 22 minutes into the game, Ulises Sidro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carnerillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Massao Arena the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Ulises Sidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alfredo Lucila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fermin Leocadio came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Massao Arena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Leocadio couldn't finish the play. Cristian Arotza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Albino Ladio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Arotza in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albino Ladio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Fermin Leocadio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lorenzo Domingues during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Carnerillo got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Domingues. Albino Ladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Leocadio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel Gaueko hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Cristian Arotza came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Massao Arena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Arotza couldn't finish the play. Fermin Leocadio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Ladio having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angel Gaueko made a kick off. In the 61st minute Fermin Leocadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Ladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermengildo James hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Alfredo Lucila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Gaueko in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Mannie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Carnerillo getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Salvador Goito hit a great ball. Massao Arena's Lino Cristofor pulled a muscle in his back after 86 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 86 minutes into the game, Angel Gaueko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carnerillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Massao Arena the free kick. After 88 played minutes Carnerillo got a freekick which was hit by Angel Gaueko. Cristian Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Carnerillo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Massao Arena.
